what radiator will fit?

Hi all im hunting info.I would like to know witch radiater is better suted for my needs. Im running 1ggte in my st141. Very limited for room with frunt mount cooler. and still need to fit thermo fan. All info much appreciated.

well ive got a 91' Excell radiator running mine .... 2 x 10" thermos.

not a prob in the world with it.

You should get a radiator which is about the same Volume as to the which the Original vehicle had with the Engine you just transplanted in.

This is of course unless the original was Copper/Brass and you substitute it with an Aluminum one.

You can go to you local ADRAD dealer and have a browse through their Vehicle catalog to make a list of the Vehicles which have the Outlet / Inlets positioned correctly and is sized close enough to fit easily.

Or you can measure up what you need and i can make you a custom alloy one for 500 bucks!

40mm,52mm thick,mounting wings recessed to sit closer toward the front of the car,anything is possible!

ST162 rads also hit the spot, incredibly easy to mount, too.

Top mounts bolt off, and tek screw them on. bottom mounts unbolt on drivers side (?) so get 2 drivers side ones and tek screw them on aswell, mint as.

im using an Hyundai Excel X2 radiator in my corona. Its a good fit.

TA-022 picked up radiator today. Look's good wondering how you went about mounting it. Can see top mounts from pic "thanks for that btw" more to the point the bottom mounts are what i was looking at tonight. thanks for your help this far!!

the folded lip on the front chasis piece that runs across the front has 3-4 holes in it.

i bolted a length of right angle on the inside of the bay .. and drilled two holes for the lugs on the radiator to drop onto.

between the right angle and bottom tank i used ruber washers about 3-5mm thick to isolate it.

ill try to get some pics this week.
