4agze injectors into 4age? will this work?

hey atm i got a ae93 with the smalport,
got some 4agze injectors pulled them apart ad compared them to the 4age ones and the rib that slots into the rack for the injector is upside down,
could i just shave this off then stick it into the electronic plug?

would the car run with these injectors in?
any drawbacks,? presuming that it does work?

Your wasting your time and fuel.

The drawbacks are the car will run rich, if they will fit, and rich means slower and more fuel, so your slowing your self down, dont bother.

it probably wont run well... if at all.
the 4agze injectors will be squirting out about 80% more fuel than the stock 4age injectors. Think about it.

to be honest, i had a thought about that..

then i checked and found out the stock injectors on my car with the same engine was quite rich under full load at high revs.. something like A/F ratio of 11.5 thereabouts..

people who use GZE injectors or the 7M's 440cc tend to have worked engines that make huge amounts of power for a 1.6 (whatever it's been bored to ) and if you look around, u'll see what i'm talking about i.e. big cams, port job, forged pistons, aftermarket ecu yadda yadda

yerp yerp,
going turbo, got the manifold t28 ic piping dump off the turbo to exhaust,
if i go to these injectors, gotta see if it will work alright with the turb setup off stock ecu
my ecu doesn;t read boost

sriver killer - buy yourself a microtech or another brand of programmable ECU.

You will NOT be able to run the stock ecu.
