    Default TA22 & RA23 Petrol Tank differances

    Dose anyone know if the petrol tank from a TA22 will bolt stright into a RA23 celica, thanks.

    nope i dont think there is any cos they are the same car from the doors backwards

    edit that didnt make much sense nor answer question

    not neccicarly.. ive tried it and it wasnt the best fit, the fuel lines are different and the rubber filler tube is different.

    AFIAK the fuel lines are in the same place didnt know about the fuel neck though

    Guys, the major difference, is the width between the vehicle mount points. In a couple of words, the tanks will not interchange, without modification. The RA23 tank is larger, so will not physically fit between the mount points of a TA22. But putting a TA22 tank into a RA23/TA23 is possible by adding extra metal/brackets to the side of the tank.
