VVTi 1JZ was never sold in the US so there's little chance of finding any parts for it there.
Another option could be to buy a cheap eBay manifold for a non-VVTi 1JZ (they regularly sell for less than $200) and have a new flange cut to suit your engine and weld it on the manifold. It's a bit of messing around but might work out cheaper.

I'm pretty sure the port spacing between the VVTi and non VVTi is different. I'll check it out later, I've got both in the shed.
vvti and non vvti spacings are different i managed to score a greddy jdm stainless top mount manifold for 900 d has a t4 flange bought t3/t4 adaptor plus gt 3076r .82 from gcg 1700 d,intake manifold 500 d from thailand and nissan aftermarket throttle body from 999 automotive 250 dollars thing looks insane looking for 350kw
Nice grave/thread digging tezspec

yeah im just trying to suss some things out with mine and have come to relise that if i do find the secret to making big hp on these things it could be a winner for alot of ppl maybe try become the guru of vvti who knows, all i do know is im heading in the right direction with these components.
def the hardest thing to find was the ex manifold by far and in time waited and found an absoulte beauty, the wastegate pipe is 4 bolt 46mm which is not made anymore and companys seem to want to head in the v band/drive selection. i found a 46mm wastegate on ebay but holes dont line up so will have to make a short adapting pipe to fit. if anyone has any information about tunning vvti with a certain computer would be very usefull
vipec/link g4 control the VVT really well. 6boost make very nice 1J vvti manifolds now too.
Did you try "TheRealRoadrunner" off these forums for a manifold? He has a jig for a really tidy low mount GT3x setup with external wastegate.
Let us know the results of your turbo install/tune in any case, i'm about to drop one of these motors into my JZA70.
Cheers
AE71 Corolla 2 door window van - retired / JZA70 Supra - VVTi converted - sold
