Default B/T 4AG 6spd Can it be RWD

just throwing some ideas around the garage and was wondering if there would be any way possible to get the 6spd into a RWD config (other than in mr2)

FR gearboxes are very different in design compared to FF or MR gearboxes.

To answer your question, No you can't.

    MR gearboxes?

Majority is they are the same as FF gearboxes

Sorry, I meant that. I should have had a '/' instead of the 'or'! Technicalities, pffft!

you could use it for RWD... but you would need 4 diffs (well, not diffs, since the speed would not be differentiated but at least 4x 90deg angle changes... which would make it completely fugly and impractical...)

You could think about adapting a box from an Altezza?

As a suggestion in future when you're thinking about doing something, but don't have access to one, make a visit to your local wrecker. You'd be surprised how much you can learn about cars there, I know I did/still do. Of ourse that depends on where you are.
On the old forum, you probably would've been flamed big time for a question like this. I'm glad that everyone has shown restraint & been helpful.
