st162 drivers side fuse diagram

My celica st162's cigarette lighter wont charge, heat up the lighter, or even illuminate. I figured i'd check the fuses. I dont know exactly where the ciggie fuse is, but apparently the cover on the drivers side kickpanel is supposed to have a diagram of it.

The problem is, the cover is missing. So i dont know which fuse is which, and google seems to be no help.

Does anyone have a diagram?

have you checked for 12v at the back of the lighter as it is quite common for the little fused wire to burn out at the back of the lighter from over heating

i've tried searching both google and these forums but to no avail, if you have a link it would be much appreciated

Tried a multimeter on the cigarette lighter but theres no voltage. I've tried twisting the cigarette lighter out of the outer shell but it wont budge.

Any clues?

thanks heaps, it turns out it wasnt the fuse... now to figure out how to get the actual ciggie lighter out and install a new one
