1fz-fe turbo

Howdy. I know there has been a bit of talk on this topic in a couple of different threads but i am trying to get it all into one thread. Thanks for those that have already offered suggestion and experience.

What part would be on a shopping list to build a turbo system for a 1fz in a 80 series cruiser? Specific items/part numbers/descriptions would be great.

Does anyone know where i could get an exhaust manifold ready to put a turbo on? Do i need to get one built for the job?

I have a unichip 'c series' piggy back unit that i have been led to believe would be up to the job of keeping the motor in line.

I am after a good improvement (250rwkw would be great) that is reliable as i do 30000km a year, about 65% of that towing a boat.
