Of course you have to insert a spigot bearing, but that costs all of about $2.50 at a bearing shop. Make sure you use manual flywheel bolts on your flyhweel too. Other than that, swap over the front sump, loom, other accessories if needed, preferably change the timing belt, and all should be good. Oh, also make sure you replace the front and rear crank seals, and cam seals - much easier with the engine out.
