classic celica appreciation day whos attending?

I will be aiming to be there but this is dependant on weather the Celica is fit ti travel that sort of distance or not. At this stage assuming all is going according to plan She'll be regoed and ready. (the Aim is to have her ready by for Dyno Day and WSID)

I thought there would be more interest , especially since Hypo23 is generously offering you guys a good FREE feed (assuming you meet the 1 and only criteria). I was under the impression that you do not let a free feed go by. This sort of generosity does not come around every day. Thanks Steve

He is trying to organize a few activities to do on the day if the numbers are there, He has asked me if i can get a marque from Toyota if there is enough interest, this is how far he is willing to go to get you guys happy and your cars a bit of sun (hopefully), all you have to do is show up and have fun.

So hands up again all of those that will be attending, you have enough time to get your shit together.

Also show you interest if you would like to come but prob will not leave the keyboard so we can convince you it is good to get out there and met a few of us.

Thats Alot of events all in a couple of weeks, It could be the reason for the lowish numbers here.

There has been plenty of warning, we are not forcing any one to attend but the more the merrier. Steve is trying something different and it is when there is a better chance of cars being ready.

Give the peeps choices if they cannot make any of the other events, they don't miss out all together.

it is a fair drive for the canberra guys, but i dont get it, check out what there going to do, the date of the 1st post and the list of people showing up,

6-7 people you think is ok nath ( TA022) 7 if you come 6 probly coz you wont,

maybe 5 coz im having rego issues with my car and it not being engineered yet,

im making flyers for this cruise to place around a few place should have them done this weekend ready for distribution so some people come and eat

but ill be there even just to sit down with the newy boys again and talk B/S it was a nice relaxing day,

nothing wrong with newie chris i swear i saw more decent pussy there in the 4 hours we were there for than i had seen in a whole night in sydney!

as you can see im willing to make the dyno day, drags, canberra and this event pending if i can get rego, but if i dont get rego i will be in newie, i dont care if i have to catch a train up in the morning and shotgun a ride with steve, hopefully his missus can take her bike out that day

Hey we love Newcastle guys but I just cant get our guys to drive there for a Sunday lunch and then have to drive home to Canberra on the Sunday night. We looked at all the options like Rod and iBZ suggested like overnighting but we just cant work it in. As iBZ said we had already started our own cruise and then decided to post on the ACT site to see if we can muster some interest. Starting to look good but on the day will really show.

Maybe later in the year we can make one in Sydney and get the Newie, gong and CCG to make a central point. Anyway I hope you get all your lour local Syd and Newie Classics to support your VERY generous event Steve. We all should make extra effort to look after our oldest Celicas for the future of events like this. Best of luck.
