but i was thinking of more hombush meet up then head up to bathurst, would make a nice photo of all celicas at the start line of MT panorama ( sp??)

then we can send the pic to neil bates and ask him for a tour of his workshop, with the pic shown to him to show our dedication

Canberra to sydney and then to Bathurst is a big ask. Now a shitload of Celica's roaring around bathurst does stir my loins but it will be a greater Sydney location next year for ease of travel from newcastle and the ACT.

Hoping to get an industrial style location like a railway yard or similar. It would be great to get some unique backgrounds for photo's

yeah i think bathurst is a pretty central point to group up.....ie all 3 places have ther own cruise, for a MEGA meet at the muntain,

ie, syd has there meet and cruise....
newcastle has there meet n cruise
act has there meet and cruise,

then we all meet at the mountain and cruise round the track....one massive pack of celicas, 50+

the one after in canberra, and every one has to attend,

The Sydney, Canberra and newcastle rotating venue is what I was hoping to acheive.

Sydney 2008, Canberra in 2009 and back to Newy in 2010. Thats assuming the 2008 event is supported but both ACT and Newy. If only the Newcastle guys/Gals turn up we can just rotate Sydney and Newcastle.

Keep talkin it up fellas as we are interested in a National Classic Celica Cruise for sure! I can guarantee a good turnout of the CCG Classics in Sydney as long as we get plenty of notice.

Rod, personally Id just be happy for it to be held in Sydney each year as us Canberrans are use to travelling to Syd all the time anyway. It would be a better way of getting more to turn up as a central place. Mid Sat format for the day trippers with option to stay over for drags or party???

hi. that sounds nice, "THE CLASSIC CELICA NATIONALS". I liked it being in newy, (we dont have many shows & its easier for me to get a baby sitter for the day), but sydney would be ok for me, bigger turn out, MORE celicas. cant wait
