My parents have a V6 (1mzfe) Camry and it has a oil leak from the engine.
Its coming from the bottom of the timing cover on the front side of the engine would this be the front Crank seal or maybe cam seals, Its alot of oil aswell.
If its the front Crank seal what would it take to replace it as i have never worked on a camry before ?

Well it will be pretty much the same process on any car, first you'd have to remove the harmonic balancer, engine mount, timing covers, timing belt, take off the crank timing pulley and then you'd have access to the seal
For the effort you need to go to to replace the crank seal you're best of replacing the cam seals, timing belt, and timing belt tensioners and idler pulleys while you're at it (providing they haven't already been done) - that way you shouldn't have to pull it all off again any time soon
