    Default wagon conversion

    hi
im in need of a wagon and i dont want it to be just a stock motor..
    i was thinking simple

ae71 wagon or p/van with 4age coz it would be quick and easy
but then i realised its hard to find them

what about a corona wagon with 1uz or 1g turbs?
how hard would this be, coz there are plenty of ronas around and i got plenty of spares..

are there any wagons out there that has a same series jap motor that would fit in?
i think u know where im going..

im a tight ass, and just want a decent wagon to carry shit

    cheers

You missed out.. I just got rid of an XT130 corona wagon.. Perfect nick just needed a blue slip...

Im putting a 1G in my RT142 sedan. Its gonna be easy and cheap enough cause ive been lucky getting the motor cheap.. Look at Pubes members ride thread. He put a 1G in his rona sedan, would be the same for a wagon..

    Good luck with yours,

    Pisso.

MX63 wagon's are cheap as chips and you could easily bolt a 7MGTE into one.

Otherwise an RT14x with a 1G would be the go I reckon.

i would go for a ae71 rolla and put a gze in it. it would be cheap and you could have plenty of fun with it.

If you like the older gear and MS57 or MS53 would be the go. Not super simple conversions but they're a good car. Check out Stitts and toyman75's ones for an example.

Haha, You need to buy a KE26 2 door wagon, and put a 4AGE in it... not an overly difficult conversion... I guess KE26 wagons are pretty hard to find though... Oh, hang on a minute! I have one i can sell you Haha, seriously though, i'd go KE70 with a GE. It's pretty hard to beat the reliability of a 4A.

That would be hard to go past those KE wagons look sick with wide wheels and flared guards...

Are you sure you want something newer??? It has 16"s LOL ... I can get you one of those AE92 looking 4WD wagon thingos for 800 bucks unreg, done 270000kms, interior very clean, body clean except for about a metre long scrape on the passenger side quarter panel, which doesn't matter if it's a work horse... Already has a CD player... it's white... in Albury, on the VIC/NSW border.
