MY R32 calipers are alloy and look just like the ones on the right of crUZida's picture - except the number cast into alloy is '6' and they've been painted a gay red.
My R33 calipers are also alloy.

300zx has 3 types of calipers 2 are alloy, one houses a 26mm disc, the other a 30mm disc. There is also a cast iron caliper for a 300zx, for a 30mm disc.
S14 and S15 calipers are Cast iron and house a 30mm disc
R33 is alloy and houses a 30mm disc
R32 i won't comment too much on but by all reports are the same as the 300zx alloy 30mm caliper and also a brembo caliper exists
EldarO and 5000gt please edit your comment, it is not correct and i would be happy to throw my <4kg caliper at you so you can confirm it doesn't hurt quite as much as an ~7kg one would
as for the original question, No they are not the same but are interchangeable as a complete package. 300zx has shorter legs to accomodate for a 280mm diameter rotor (talking about the 30mm thick one anyway), r33 looks smoother and has longer legs to accomodate for a 296 mm rotor

R33 GTS-T is 296mm, same as R32 GTR.
R33 GTR is 324mm rotor with brembo's.

If in doubt power out
I can confirm... that they are not the same caliper. Both Sumitomo's though.
They are both 296mm disc, but the R32 GTR (ser1 only) is 32mm wide (as stated above).
R32 GTR Ser2 ran the Brembo's.
