    Default JZA80 ABS sensor

    Hey all,

Just more after confirmation than anything. Removing the axle carrier yesterday, the ABS sensor decided to disintegrate itself. The plastic housing has fused with the space it fits in.

I need to get another one, so I hit up toyodiy, and just wanted to know whether this looks like the right part to them:

    89546-14010 look right?

    Cheers,
    Nathan

JZA70 will use the gearbox for the rear sensor, not individual sensors like the JZA80

That said, they might be the same size and mounting as the JZA70 front sensors, just a different plug.

As long as you get one thats the same size and resistance is much the same (within 80 ohms) just swap the plugs .

I suppose I'll have to get some verniers and establish the diameter once I've got the plastic casing unstuck from the sides.

Was hoping that may be the case. Means my options are open. They have different P/N's, so the chances of there being multiple compatible ones looks promising.

One digit off is more than likely a slightly different mounting. If it's that close, chances are it's the same. Put them aside for me please dude I'll have a look at it this arvo when I get home.
