Default o2 sensor location on header

just gonna be swapping in a 20v header instead of the standard manifold on aw11. want to know if it matters where i put the o2 sensor, seen some setup on 4th cyl exhaust others on the down pipe.

hopeefully this is not another repeat bloating the forums but i did try to search around... see what happens when you try "o2 exhaust mount"

Default Re: o2 sensor location on header

Mount it as close to the engine where it can read all the pipes, exhaust manifold or somewhere in the extractors, it has to be as close to the engine as possible the hoter it is the more accurate thats not to say stick it 5 mm from the exhaust ports though. if it has to go further back in the system use a heated one....

When you search you may find it easier to use google to search through toymods stuff, as the toymods forum search is word specific etc.
