what ever coast is best for everyone, im just not a fan of the mountain runs in the middle of nowhere. im sure we can find a nice scenic route to the beach though.

I missed out on the last classic celica cruise, cos of a minor gearbox incident that left 3rd gear without any teeth. This resulted in a conversion of a 5 speed celica box (T50) to a W55 supra box, in my ta22.

The short of it is, its finally finished. I will post pics of the mods done to the 1G bellhousing, the way the gearbox mount was fabricated (by cutting up the old one and welding) as soon as I have the pics on my pc.

Now unfortunately when I was driving it home, as incredibly impressed as I was with the new gearbox and balanced tailshaft, a bolt decided to fall out of the turbo, and not one of the ones connecting to the exhaust flange or the manifold. Nuts! So tomorrow morning I'm going to be "sick" remove the turbo, get someone to fix it properly.

THE POINT! (fast forward to here if cant be bothered reading the rest)

Cruise necessary, and sooner rather than later. middle of may, or late may at the latest.

Edit: I just noticed my sig says I'm in VIC but I don't know how to change it. I'm actually from the Gold Coast, but dont care if its Brisbane or wherever the most people are likely to turn up.

I've got a '74 ta22 with 3tgte and haltech as well. Except mines about 200+hp (didnt get time for a final printout). It was tuned by Albert Lamb at a place called Howe Automotive in Dalesford Victoria. That man is a f$#@ing legend.

Ok dates. 19th, 20th, 26th, or 27th May.. I really dont care, please people lets start agreeing on some dates and lets get this organised.
