7m engine torque specs

I have a 7m is in a billion pieces on the floor, and will need to be put back together in the next few days.

Can anyone tell me what the torque specs are for rod bolts, main bolts and cam shafts?

Any other official torque specs needed when rebuilding a 7m would be good too. (Head related stuff is documented well enough, but other info is hard to find amongst it).

80 ft/lbs for the head bolts, they love a bit of extra torque.
