    Hello Bubs,

    I know you?
    You are off outers yes?
    Hows things dude?
    Would DEFINATELY like to go for a wheel up your way.
    If I ever get up there, I'll have to come meet you in person mate.
    You can show me where to go to test out these duals when I get them
    working 100%.

    Cheers,

    Yes you were going to buy that dual t-case cross member off me
    Outers - yes
    Things have been good, turned 2WD to 4WD

    Trust me we have plenty to test yr duals on, went scouting on the weekend Now in the process of 4 linking the rear and fitting a patrol rear diff, Hilux stuff is just to weak

    Hey man,

    That's me, ended up finding one real cheap off a local dude who gave up on his
    duals conversion. Saved me lotsa $$$. Not that yours was too much, its just that
    this one was cheaper when all said and done. Plus having just bought the duals I
    was broke as and could not afford the bubs bling aswell. woulda liked it though!

    Now that I got the duals in, they are definately sex, but now I am having all these
    damn issues with my gearbox!!!! Can you help me out mate? see topic here??

    I think the link (and thereby the pic) under "bastard nissan" gives it away as being a fairly capable Patrol.

    Oh Yeah,
    I just thought he just underlined bastard nissan to highlight the fact. LOL

    VERY clean patrol there mate, It is either really new, or has not seen much
    "active duty". Either way, we can help him christen his rig. ;0)

    Haha, yeah, bit of both. It's pretty new, was only built up recently, by the guy in that pic. It hasn't seen too much active duty, but it's seen a few 'shakedown' runs...

    It's more the case that the bloke that owned it before and built it is a borderline obsessive when it comes to his cars and he kept this thing meticulously clean - he spent 2 full days cleaning it after every time he took it out!

    Dad got 2 dvds full of pics of the build etc, you can see reflections in the diff housings! He got under it and cleaned all the suspension, hubs etc with brushes, the car is immaculate. I'll dig up a few more pics of it...

    The guy did all the custom work himself, and documented it; the cargo barrier, air tank, spotties on the roofrack, ceiling console...

    Diff breathers through to the engine bay;

    Couple more;

    And just to prove it has been dirty;

    (Ok, not really that dirty, but it's a start...)

    Hey Guys,

    My truck should be ready for an offroad trip real soon boys.
    So...
    Get yo shit sorted and get ready for an awesome July offroad adventure!
    I was thinking either Saturday the 14th or Sunday the 15th July would be good.
    Gives me plenty of time to do a shakedown on my rig.

    Will everyone be ready to go on this date?
    If not, put your name down, your rig and when you can make it out with us.
    Bring your UHF radios, if ya got em'
    I'll organise the rest.

    So I'll start the ball rolling...
