if you cant get it to work then i could probably spare a slave cylinder, got a few kickin around.
OK I have to replace the slave cylinder..
I get the kit $16 a repco. Sweet. It comes with 3 seals a new piston and a new spring.
I fitted the first seal that goes on the piston without too much trouble however the second refuses to fit over the lip on the piston. Ive tried heating it up and stretching it over. No luck.
Tried using screw drivers to push it over. No luck.
I know there must be some trick to it but I cant think of how to do it.
Any ideas? + rep for whoever helps.

put the piston in a vice with wood covering the jaws and use two small screwdrivers to stretch the seal out and over the piston.. OR use circlip pliers![]()

Love Ke70 Was right. today my brother suggested using the brake fluid on it. Lubed that sucker up and BAM! On in about 2 minutes.
Lesson learnt. Problems with tight fitting components?
Lube away!
