4AGZE Tensions Please "URGENT"

CAn someone please help me out with some tensions on a 4AGZE.

Conrod nut tension
Head Bolt Tension
Tappet settings if possible so i can check them .

Oh and does the cam angle sensor have to be timed, if so is it justa matter of pulling the lid off it and lining up marks when engine is on TDC etc.

For aw11 gze, although I dare say map gze will be the same,
correct me if im wrong.

Shim clearance when cold
Intake -- 0.15mm-0.25mm
Exhaust -- 0.20mm-0.30mm

Head Bolt
1. 29Nm In sequence
2. rotate 90 deg In sequence
3. rotate 90 deg In sequence

Conrods (12 sided nut)
1. 39Nm
2. rotate 90 deg

Conrods (Hexagon nut)
1. 49Nm

Yes the Cas has to be timed, Very similar to a dizzy as you said.

Ease off him .. we'd just finished chucking the pistons in at about 11pm ..

No, quicker than searching needed to sleep and get answer in morning,worked fine.
