Is that the 7 series Ben? I swear that gearing and weight play a major part in the amount of brake stall that you can get (as well as actual braking force).

Even if you can't find anybody claiming to get higher rpm than 2800 with a 2jz converter I think that it would happen in your car Dennis if you are making boost that early.

And if it doesn't then, sell the 2800 and get the 3400. Or a 25-40hp shot of gas will get it off the line alright
