Well, why not go to Toyota spare parts and get a plumb back? If you are that worried about being defected, then ensure you CAN'T be defected.

Highly unlikely that removing the BOV caused the death of your turbo, especially at low stock boost like that. Plenty of cars don't have factory BOV's.

That said though, if it's factory fitted, I'd probably stick another one in anyway. Buy a standard Bosch plumback BOV, they are dirt cheap.

Thats what I wanted to hear. I cant see 7psi pressure killing the turbo when the throttle closes.

They can defect you for anything if they want to, for the price Toyota would charge you for one I'm sure you could buy a Turbosmart dual-port or plumb-back model which do the job really well and ARE legal.

Cause loud BOVs are teh Gheyness?? I havent seen a Gheydar with a big enough range for loud BOVs yet... they all go off the scales.

Having said that, get a cheap plumback item, paint it black and nobody will know the difference... coppa will piss off and leave you alone.

Might I iterate, that Loud BOV's being ghey is only your opinion. I happen to love it, and have always done so. It was the first thing I ever wanted to hear from my car...

And I can hardly see a way you can define my car as rice...

It's a general implication. BOV = rice = ghey. Your association with BOV = Ghey has an implication of inferring rice.

Nevertheless as I stated a BOV being 'ghey' is merely your opinion...
