Did you get the calipers rebuilt before you put them on? They've probably been sitting around at a wreckers for who knows how long.
Hey,
I have recemtly done the brake upgrade on the celica of the hilux, peugeot, corona combo amd a bigger mastre cyclinder off a camry. The car also has a 13B turbo motor in it.When I go for a drive after awhile the brakes start to grab slighlty and that makes the engine work harder so the turbo does too and engine temp goes through the roof.Any suggestions on how this may be happening?I have already checked the one way valve for the master cyclinder and it works.I took all the wheels off as well and when the car is cold all wheels rotare freely. Thanks in advance.

Hello.
Yes calipers have been rebuilt.I was thinking maybe there is some gunk in the master cyclinder or brake booster somewhere.
Wouldn't hurt to flush the cylinder and lines with new fluid if you haven't done so already.
Hello.
does it have all new clips and hardware? frequnetly hardware is designed to minimize noise and keep the pads away from the rotors surface... without the hardware you pads may be getting mis-aligned as they heat up.... just a brainfart
I might try the new fluid in it and see what happens. The hardware that you talk off is brake pads I hope and they should be all right.A guy from a brake place said to me that it could be boost getting in but I thought that the problem would start almost straight away for when boost comes on at anytime it should harden up.Will let you know how I go amyway.
Thanks guys
