X83 / X81 front suspension

Have a stuffed Z-bar / radius rod bush on the front. Was wondering if anyone has replaced these on a cressy or anythin _X8_

As far as i can see the bush needs to be replaced with a whole piece of chassis reinforcing basically. The rubber bush is set between two pieces of flat which are spot welded together... Thanx Toyota.

Am trying to get a pic but cant find USB cable...
