    Default Cruise - Sun 12/02/06

    Hey Guys!..

One of the guys from the R31 Skyline club is getting married and as a result has organised a big cruise for old skool cars..
After our impressive display at Motorvation - they have extended the invite for OST to join them to get a bit of diversity.

The details i know thus far is:
    this Sunday 12 Feb '06
Meeting Fast Eddy's Carpark, Carousel Shopping Centre @ 2.30pm
Cruise maps available on the day.

I wouldn't mind a decent turnout of OST members.. maybe even meet somewhere before hand so we can all cruise to Carousel as a group and make a grand entrance!
I was thinking of meeting at Belmont Forum Shopping Centre - undercover car park near Shell Servo @ 2pm and depart by 2.15sharp.

    Please register your interest..

I'm definately down for this.. I like old skool R31's

    Cheers

    yeah - cool man..

I'm not sure what route the cruise is taking anyways... but normally Sunday evening is booked for dinner with my family too..
At least if we make a decent appearance at the first checkpoint we can say we made an effort - rather than 2 or 3 odd cars turning up.. I'm hoping for a big old skool toyota convoy!

OK.. so I made Belmont Forum a bit of a convenience for me..
    its 30 secs away.. hehehe
But I needed something close by to Carousel that was easy to find.
A lot of OST people have been to that car park before so they know the one I mean.

I figure those coming from the North would have to pass through Belmont anyway, so may as well meet up with us there..

Thanks for the feedback guys.. at least if we can get a dozen cars or so, that would be an alright turnout for short notice.

    Cheers

I heard there was pre drinks at damo's house, or am I being to forward!!! LOL!
The Kam-U-Rai will be turning up, in all it's glory. If it's lucky it might see some water and a spundge on saturday.

Just by coincidence does anyone have a spare 91 camry passanger door trim I could buy/borrow for/on the day??? I got a drivers side spare but no passenger side. prefer if the cops don't give me a sticker for a silly little thing like that.

damo/rob, those "OST" stickers still available I want one for rear window. they still cost a 'tenner'? might wanna bring a couple more along, I don't think every one in perth has one yet. and they are a hot item. I've heard that this season "OST" is the new black. See how many you can sell to R31 owners, tell them they add horsepower (dont mention they only add HP to toyotas). prob sell 15 of them if ya do.

yo Dean.. sounds like you started the pre-drinks early! hahaha

stick your passenger door trim on if you can be bothered.. but my mate has been pulled over before with no door trims - used the "they're getting re-trimmed" excuse and had no problems. Plus you got permits for everythin else so you gotta be pretty unlucky to get a sticker for that...

and speaking of stickers.. yeah - I'll bring some OST domain name stickers.. Rob is the man for OST logo stickers..
yeah - Dean, we'll do a special price for you of 10 bucks.. but for every other person we;ll sell them for $4.oo ...

    hehe
