    Default Different pintle height Q

Hi guys, I have a "set" of 4 x 550cc injectors, which I am planning to use. Having a gander at them, before getting them cleaned and flowed, and 1 injector, has a pintle height of a millimeter, or so less than the others.

This begs the question, will this be a problem?. Do not want to clean 'em and then have to toss them.

    cheers Chuck.

Is it just that the cap that sits on the end of the injector is not on all the way ???

Most injectors have a bakelite or steel end cap that surrounds the pintle. This can be removed.
If this isnt on as far as the other injectors and will cause the pintle to be at a different height.

Can you post a side by side pic of the injector in question and the good one.

Looks like I will have to pull the little festers apart. Valid points from both 30psi, and GT8.

thanks for your help, cheers Chuck.
