Nah... The fastest 8 from the 2 qualifying sessions, went into the Final which had the winner of the day... The slowest 8 from the 2 qualifying sessions had their own Final also...

We'll do the same this time...

Pending availablity I should be able come along and get some action photo's of the event. Those of you who know me will know that I'm not keen on Go-Karts unless everyone else is given a weight penalty.

So I will endevour to be the official potographer at the event.

Yeah, I can understand where you guys are coming from about uneven weights... I hate doing stuff when you have a disadvantage from the start.

Reminds me of trying to crack into motorsport with a uni budget at the age of 18, when everyone else I was up against had been racing since the age of 6 with daddies business' chequebook

Anyways, it's not all about winning... it's about driving engines that rev to 15000rpm and smelling like racing 2-stroke Oh, and pushing TwentyEight off the track

I'm dead keen on this... please, someone, PLEASE remind closer to the date. I'm a shocker at remembering things, and I can see myself only remembering to turn up the day after

I'm damn keen too. And don't get me started on going through life with a disadvantage.

My lack of fat will finally come to some good use... I just hope i'm strong enough to turn the steering wheel, they look awefully small.

Yeah, I've been in a few karts where the steering wheels are INCREDIBLY difficult to turn. At the end of a ten lap race, my arms were solid and stiff, so much so that I couldn't really drive the next round.

So hope you get a lighter wheeled cart. :-)

Hmm... wonder how quick a 22 could actually go around that first corner outta the pits? It's pretty tight, I reckon it might actually be pretty slow

And the karts are doing nearly 100 buy the end of a 100 metre straight... not sure if the 22 could match that either

But then again, i cant see a kart passing you too succesfully

Does that mean you are going to race, or are you still "Official Photographer"?
