    Default gearbox help

    hi
    i have just bought my missus a ae102 auto and while taking off it changes gears way to early like its in 3rd at about 30 ks an hour
    i have adjusted the kickdown cable to the exact specs as the toyota repair manual
    any advise to fix this??
    what should i be looking at next??

    sure the cable isnt stuffed? exact same thing hounded my ma70 for years, i found many broken strands of cable was the problem....
