You need a true midsump (from a JZS131 or 133) - you can modify a JZA80 sump to work.
The rear turbo will hit the steering box. You could make a new rear manifold to high mount the rear turbo so it clears or you just go straight to a single.
The VVTi 1JZ looks like it will clear. I have seen photos of one in an MS65 (similar problem).
No but Dellow do make a bellhousing to suit. Not sure it's such a great idea - you'll blow the shit out of 5th gear every time.
Room for an intercooler (although Stitt snuck one in there), fuel system, wiring, usual other conversion crap.
