ah well im there......assuming the soarer makes the journey without failure, i dont got no overdrive in ma auto, so its high revs at 100k's all the way for me

yeah there was what 5 supra's in our lane plus 1 in another
+1 cool celica, 1 hypo soarer and a whole bunch of mix bag
rob now in the aristo tried to distance himself as much as possible from the supra's and hid a lane over

needless to say, the night at the drags didn't go quite as planned.
even tho last night it was quite happy and responding well on 14psi

I haven't done anything, or touched anything...
... but for some reason, first trip down the strip it spiked up to 19psi!

and then about 250m down the track.. BHG !!

    ran a 13.7 with BHG issues ...

and then the rest of the night became a mission to find a way home

There was one more Supra there most people didn't see... probably a good thing too, given teh times i ran... I snuck out for 2 passes after the burnouts, both in the 15's, but it's all track time... mind you, i think my crowning acheivement tonight was dropping second in the water and managing to get on the brake (i've never been good with burnouts)... managed to get my terminal speed somewhere close to normal again on the second pass after losing about 5mph along with 0.2bar in the first pass....

Damo: glad I could help you out

yeah not a good night for a few people, Ezra also with a 7M supra spun a big end

After Ezra did his big end i decided two out of action 7M's was enough, so i parked up the soarer.

Did manage to run a 13.5sec pass with only hitting boost cut in first gear, not to mention the sloppy old auto having trouble grabbing second when needed

Im happy and the only 7M to drive home again after racing hehe time to build damo's

w00t! Toymods witnesses that Matty has volunteered to do my 7M head gasket!!
(sorry Rob @ the BHG garage)

given his was the only 7MGTE to come home alive, I'm pretty confident the Bling Garage magic touch will make my 7M a 300hp monster upon return.
