2007 AGM official absence apologies?

As of this afternoon I can no longer make it to the AGM tomorrow night as I will be migrating some servers at work after some "stuff" broke this weekend not likely to finish up until 9 or 10pm.

Sounds soft I know, but work must come before the Toymods AGM

I don't spose it matters much anyway as there is no voting as all nominations will be passed for the positions.

But...do I need to make an "official apology" for the meeting, as it's the AGM or is it OK to just not turn up?

My other worry, I was going to renew my club membership tomorrow night, but won't be there now, I'm pretty sure our membership expires verrrry soon. How long have I got to get the paperwork off to Kirsty?

Membership has already expired

BUT there is no time limit that you Have to renew by. You just won't be able to vote tonight on the one vote that will be had ( or be elegable for a trophy at DD in July if you haven't do it by then

) but since you won't be there anyway it is fine.

And no-one has to attend ANY meetings if they don't want to or can't No matter what they are. ( Unless you are on the board, Then it's kind of expected that you are there.)

Tell Shane I will give him back the money that he gave me to vote for him, next time I see him.

I say keep it... If River gave you money to vote for him despite being the only candidate for his position then you deserve to keep it

Yeah I thought it strange but just put it down to too much acid in the 70's. He still has flashbacks ya know.

I know I don't have to attend the regular meetings, but I thought an AGM for an incorparate company may be a little different. It's all good
