Having seen this I'm fairly certain one of these would go into an AE82 without any massive headaches.... if this 3SGTE thing goes well I just might try it with another one

MR1JZ - its an S54 with open diff. cos that's what i already had when the motor comes out next, its not going back in until it's attached to an E153 and LSD, even if it kills me

si'f you're going to break the S54 anyway on a 3VZ! bah! no need to put a truck box thats more vulnerable to breaking than the S54.. plus the S54 shifts smoother anyway..

if i can find one of the S54's that came with LSD, late model option, ill do that
but chances are not good
