Cool Re: Whoop Ass Wednesday - 15 Feb 06

Yep, saw Matty's response, so that's cool. Have the required bits.

Curious as to what WildTA22 is (a TA22 obviously)? Is that the same TA22 Matty has for sale? Is it a bit of a beast that he keeps in the closet?

Nathan.. even with my new rubber on the wheels.. I don't think its gonna give me as much benifit as 2 turbos.. !
The 1G is destined for low 16 passes.. thats the best it will do I'm afraid.

Gene - yes, the TA22 is the same one he has for sale.. I hear it goes alright for what it has under the bonnet.. but I wouldn't expect a 12 sec pass out of it!..
unless he's bolted on a couple of turbo's since I've last seen it?!

Not likely, Matty has been quite lazy lately on his own cars, as the bling garage has churned out two different projects in under a month

That TA22 hammers, its very quick for what it is.

its all on for the 15th of Feb.
Sounds like we've got a decent turnout - plenty of interest at this stage.

Supra has a corroded-to-shit head, so its getting a new one, at somewhat massive cost to me, however, i get it back next thursday-friday, then the 1000km and go get the head studs retorqued, so im not sure if i can do 1000km in 6 days....

Damo, how about a 1000km cruise or something?

if you cant do 1000k's in a week you aint tryin hard enough
your wallet will be a tad lighter after a 1000ks in a supra though

You can chuck up on our hoist man and leave her running all day if ya want hahha
