right, stick with your standard crossmember, space it down by 15mm.
next cut off the original mounts and plate the CM like this.
the spacing is 480mm center to center
i also seam welded it right round.
these are the mounts i used, i have no idea what they are out of. if you know please tell me because they both tore in half when i crashed the car.
i had to space the turbo side up after i got the car on the road cauz the turbo touched the steering box. i just put a 10mm plate under the engine mount. you could get away with a 5mm spacer.
next, mod the steering box.
i replaces the back bolt with a dome head cap screw and i ground the corners off the box.
i also slotted the holes in the box and dropped it down by 10mm.
i did the ideler side the same.
the bump steer is next to nothing according to the alignment machine
youll need to make a heat sheild for the steering box, the exhaust is very close to it.
