Get a carbie 18R-G and it should be relatively straightforward. You'll need a front-sump engine and most 18R-G's have a mid-rear sump to suit a Celica, but you can swap the sump from you 18R-C so that's no biggie.
The W50 will be a direct fit, it's the same size and has the same mounting points as the W40 4-speed found in an RT104. You'll probably need a tailshaft from a manual RT104 though, from memory the manual boxes are a different length to the autos.
