    Default Tail shaft Lengthening

I'm still in the process of researching my manual conversion and may be obtaining parts by the end of this week. Now concerning the tailshaft needing to be lengthened. Do i just measure from the end of the converter to the holes on the rear yoke, i.e the whole thing just unbolted from the car. And the same with the manual, work out the difference and theres the length it needs to lengthened?

DOes anyone know this information straight of the top of their head. I think i have read its around 50mm but would like this conferemed.

Also, does anyone know somewhere around melbourne, preferbly NE suburbs and surrounding areas but where ever else is fine, to get this done and rough costs?

    Thanks guys

Any custom tailshaft i've had done before the only measurement they want is from the flange on the diff, to the output shaft on the gearbox. Taken at ride height.

    They work out the rest.
