nothing garrett (t2,t3, t4 gt30, etc etc) will bolt onto your ct26 manifold, youll need an adaptor or a new manifold, the bolt pattern etc changes with different branded or sized turbo's.
the sizes they are talking about are wheel sizes inside the turbo, no it doesnt effect anything that bolts onto the turbo, it only effects the way it spools boost and how much power it can make...
a new dump pipe would be needed for any turbo bar a ct26.
the ecu controls it, you can buy a fuel cut defended to elimnate the boost cut.....
