My friend forgot his password
The problem is though, that the e-mail address he signed up with is no longer accessible (previous ISP). Is there anything that can be done to save him from having to sign up again?
His username was "osman".

He can email me with all the same details he put in to sign up origonally, so I can make sure it's really him. Then he can give me the email address to associate his account with and he will be able to get his password reset.
