Yeah I got mine from an XR6. $1000 used. It has an internal gate 1.06 rear and 0.5 front. 15psi by 3500 in second gear. $199 split pulse manifold with a T3 - T4 adapter section (took me all day to make). SS plumbing, at $17 a bend it was cheaper than most shops sell mild for. I tacked it got a mate to tig it.

The internal gate is shit and needs porting.

Yah just ordered my GT35 R 1.06 exhaust external gate. $180 manifold. $99 intercooler. 550cc injectors.

Ebay built my hotrod.

How much did you get the 550's for and where did you get them? I cant seem to find any much lower than $300.

$360 but I needed them. Not entirely sure if I got a little carried away there.
Rz's intake manifold was for sale at some ridiculous (cheap) price and then I thought, "Do I really need that in my Crown ute?" Far too bling - will unbalance the whole ghetto feel.

Order my Motec next week and then drop the fucker in next weekend.

I didn't know about RZ's manifold. Intake or exhaust? I nearly got a set of 550's for $175!!! I just missed out on some from ebay for $200. I just missed out on some from a forum for $300 and I am negotiating with Titan USA for some to get shipped with my US 2JZ cams for $295. So if you try you can get them well under $300 but I just want some ASAP as well.

would anyone use a .82 GT35R on a 2JZ? auto with 2800 stally?

thats what im considering for my aristo after hearing they can still push 400-450rwkw on higher boost

i wouldn't use a .82 on a 3litre, it'll have great mid range but lack the top end grunt.

The GT35R with the 1.05 matches the stock turbo response almost to a tea, with a shite load more top end.
