Twin C12a question from jza70 half cut

i was looking at my jza70 half cut as i was taking stuff off. I noticed on the side of the front turbo there was a few numbers that have been welded on or something. doesnt look factory as it is different writing to the 'c12a' casted writing. This almost looks like hand writing. Ill have to have another look tonight, but it was something like 2-27-0, ill confirm tonight. Anyone seen something simular or know what it is?
