the ma61 wheels 14x7 +8 fits the ae71/ke70 fine with no mods
even the 15x6 +20 fits good to
iv got 15x7 +11 on the trueno and it fits fine with very little scrub (ie. slowly going up high on full lock or someting)

preformance make 15x7 +12 and 15x8 -4 superlights for around $200per wheel new

most wheel places will tell you to get something like 15x6 +20 wheels which fit nice but not quite what im after

it also depends on your suspension
id have some 14x6 +15 wheels on my old ae71 sedan with pedder low springs and it would scrub because of the body roll.

but with the harder suspension, +12 superlights had minimal scrub (only scrubbed on the whiteline swaybar)
