The RA60 STRUTS (as a whole) bolt onto the AE86 LHC/Steering Knuckle. But taking off just the calipers alone will not bolt onto an AE86 strut without modification. The backing plate's bolts have different spacing.
So your options are; use the entire RA60 strut. Or get them done custom (Which is definately not worth it) as the only difference between the two brakes are that RA60s have vented rotors. Which is better than the stock auspec ae86 braking package but its deifnately not worth spending somewhere in the vascinity of $200 to get them modded (unless you can do it yourself) The actual diametre of the rotors are the same (or virtually the same size..i cant remember what i measured the diametre as they mighta been different)
Best bet, get the JDM ae86 brakes (as they dont give you postivie camber as the ra60 struts do) This involves getting the JDM Rotors & Calipers. OR spend some extra $$$ and get an RX7 backing plate and fit RX7 calipers/rotors (which overall.. have a larger braking surface)
