ive done this b4, wen i was really stuck, put the inner pad on, put the calliper down over it, and try to leaver the calliper bak in by sticking a flat screw drive through the gap on the calliper, and against the disk. be gentle and very careful but, u dun wanna root the disks...

oh, that also worked extremly well on a n14 pulsar, and a vl calai turbo. i dunno why, but it seemed easier on those ones compared to doing it on my magna.
ofcourse, i done it this way, after failing wif mutli grips... i was jus too tired...![]()
It seems the consensus is clockwise. I thought I had better ask as I don't want to cross-thread the piston; then I'll be in trouble. I am having another go tomorrow, so hopefully all goes well. Thanks for everybodies help! Kudos to all..
