Thrust Bearing c56 e56

Just a quick question guys iam doing the clutch in my rolla i got the ae101 4agze lsd box (e56) i think it is.Just wondering if the thrust bearings are the same in the c56 and e56 box. If there not the same does anyone know where i can get the bearing from i bought a tripple plate excedy brass button clutch but it doesnt come with the bearing.

contact Nick's Clutch (NPC) in brisbane - he knows all about GZE clutches.

First question you will need to answer - is it the 225 or the 230mm flywheel?

and for reference, it's an E58 gearbox.

wouldnt have a clue hey i know the clutch i got was for the 230mm one the bloke only had a listing for the 200mm or 230mm

found the bearing guys just for anyone else that wants to know what bearing it is it is out of a celica gt4 4wd turbo or a 95 to 97 camery
