i think you'll find that all RWD small toyota (e.g. 4-cyl) brake rotors bolt to the hub rather than disk-over-hub.

The SV21's have the rotors on the front that slide off once the caliper is removed.
Not sure about the rear rotors as I've never touched the rear brakes on ours...
One other thing, they are 5 stud. PCD 5/100.
toyota starlet EP91 are slide over hub 4 x 100 and fit inside a 13" rim, maybe also some of the earlier rollas, ie AE82?

my ae82 front and rear are the over hub type..they should fit under 13 inches aswell..
Low spec ae92s as well (ie cs, csi etc not sx/gti as i don't think they fit under 13s)
