Some guy on celicasupra.com forums had the 2JZGTE setup on his 7MGTE. Do a search there.

    Link.
    Another link.
You can get a copy of that TT manifold I have on Ebay - I think OBX is the mob and they're available on Ebay. No idea what turbo flanges they are.

hrmmz seems i have to re-locate the Throttlebodie inlet and somehow custome make a braket for Altenator. Any1 here knoes where dey make Custome Inlet plenums and how much der gonna cost..

By the way with this TT ct12's set up what ECU was run.. Max HP output on these.

Don't have much to offer regarding the specific setup you're asking about.

However, as a general rule twin-turbos are hard to set up (with respect to manifolding and exhaust paths) and can also create heat issues with all that pipework etc crammed in there. And a 7M doesn't need any more heat issues...

For the money spent, high-flowing the standard turbocharger would be the go... otherwise if you're planning on going all-out then you'll find that going to a bigger single is a better idea given the relative simplicity of the install and the end result.

Not cheap to get a proper one made up, but if you can do the disassembly work yourself and give specific instructions on what you want done (ie. plate up the factory inlet and relocate TB to front of plenum) then it will be a fairly cheap exercise if you find the right alloy welder. It really depends on the result you want though, it won't be pretty unless you spend a reasonable amount. Alternatively you can have a piece of alloy tube welded to your existing runners, again not pretty but it's quite effective in most cases.

By the way with this TT ct12's set up what ECU was run.. Max HP output on these.
There are plenty of tricks out there for fooling the factory ECU into 'working' with higher power outputs but at the end of the day they're all stopgaps and you won't get the best result.

Spend up on a standalone ECU and you'll only have to do it once... otherwise you can end up with a car that pops, farts, has intermittent problems and even worse could blow a motor at any time.

Cheap fun is cheap fun, but once you make the decision to go 'proper fast' then you need to bite the bullet and do things properly. Countless other forum members would attest to the same.

Disturbed1, on these forums has made some custom alternator brackets to relocate it to where the AC compressor is directly below. Give him a PM.

Edit: Found a picture of the brackets
