if you have to something first out of springs and swaybars i would start with swaybars but if you can afford it do both at the same time. If you intend on hitting the track buy some adjustable swaybars so you can finetune them
nah mate, you can do everything at once if you want. but if you can only get one at a time, get the rear cuz it'll make a big difference. swaybars and springs will get rid of that body roll

If you're not replacing the shocks to match the springs, I say forget it till you can.
Sway bars on the other hand make a huge difference without overloading the stock shocks.
A rear bar for my ae82 made it insane - I can just back off for a corner from stupid speeds, way way too late, and while the tyres cry like recently castrated wolves, the car mildly oversteers around the corner in a fairly neutral slide.
You end up with a rediculous grin because you know, with normal suspension you would have understeered like the titanic and died.
I personally like to get the springs and shocks correct. Then use swaybars for fine tuning.
im with turbo ra28.
you'd be suprised what a good tuned shock/spring setup can do. but im not dissin the bars either, both do wonders.
Plenty of info available from suspension professionals free of charge.might as well go down to the local pub and say "hey, what sort of engine would go good in my car" everyone has their own opinion.
