just a q. in the user cp under avatars there isnt an option to add an avatar.only the option to "use no avatar" or am i missing something.

When you first sign up you don't have the ability to have avatars until you either get a post count or reputation up or you are recognised as a Toymods member.

It is a previlege system, you need to earn the avatar and you can lose the prevledge as well if you are a tool.
