1JZ auto starting to short shift

i pulled off my factory JZX81 cooler yesterday to test fit the new cooler, since i put it back on it was short shifting at 6500rpm, now its doing it at 6000, does anyone know what might be causign this

I had my car short shift after i cleaned the throttle body.

I forgot to put the kick down cable on..

Maybe a suggestion there.

Foot not down hard enough?

Did you change anything else besides taking cooler pipes off and on again?

Checked fluid level?

fluid is fine,
i always put my foot down hard enough chris
it kicks down fine too

First thing to try would be to run the pipes back to the stock cooler (or no cooler temporarily) and see if this fixes the problem.

its all back to standard, i only removed it and refitted it
