plenty of info out there for the 2JZ and VVTi 2JZ head...

but what about 1JZ? anyone had a non vvt and vvti on the flow bench?

trying to actually see if there is anything in the myth - the 1jz vvti ex ports are 'small' therefore do not flow as much... if playing around with 4AGE's has taught me anything, sheer port size isn't always everything..

interesting read although it's hardly 'new' information, we all know that variable cam timing is hardly a bad thing..
